Terms of use and service
These terms clarify the VisaHorizon support framework: what the team does, what the student must provide and the limits of decisions made by third parties.
1. Purpose
VisaHorizon Tunisia SUARL provides orientation and administrative support services for students preparing a study project, mainly in Italy.
Using the site or requesting a service implies acceptance of these terms, unless a specific contract is signed between the parties.
2. Services
- Student consultation and profile evaluation.
- Orientation toward suitable universities and programmes.
- Support in preparing documents and applications.
- Scholarship, housing or residence support when profile and calendar allow it.
- Complete student visa file preparation according to applicable requirements.
- Administrative follow-up and communication with the student during file steps.
3. Important limits
VisaHorizon does not issue admissions, scholarships, housing decisions or visas. These decisions belong exclusively to universities, platforms, scholarship bodies, accommodation structures and consular authorities.
Promises about consular or university decisions do not reflect the legal reality of the process. VisaHorizon prepares and improves the file without replacing the decision authority.
4. Client duties
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Respect document deadlines requested by the team.
- Inform VisaHorizon of any answer received directly.
- Never provide false documents or misleading information.
- Check passport validity and official documents.
5. Quote, payment and cancellation
Fees depend on the requested service, support level, calendar and file complexity. Terms are communicated in a quote, agreement or service contract.
In case of cancellation, refund conditions depend on file progress, work already performed and external costs already engaged. Third-party fees do not depend on VisaHorizon.
6. Personal data
Personal data processing is explained in the privacy policy. Documents are used only for the requested service and applicable obligations.
7. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In case of difficulty, both parties first seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, competent Tunisian courts may be contacted.
