Which appointment format is best?
Most students can start with a remote diagnosis: level, field, documents, budget, target city and calendar. A physical appointment becomes useful when documents need a detailed review, when the family wants to understand the financial plan, or when the student needs a clear step-by-step strategy before admission or visa preparation.
Remote first check
Useful for a first orientation, programme choice, deadline check and list of missing documents.
Office review
Recommended for complex files, document inconsistencies, visa preparation or scholarship and housing planning.
What the team checks
- Academic coherence between diploma, grades, target level and chosen field.
- Admission path, university deadlines, Universitaly timing and language requirements.
- Financial proof, DSU/ISEE possibilities, housing proof and visa consistency.
- Next action: documents to prepare, risks to avoid and realistic appointment timing.
Before visiting
Send your level, field of study and available documents. The team will tell you whether a physical appointment is useful or whether a first remote evaluation is enough.
Tunis, Sousse and Sfax are not permanently open offices. They are activated only after VisaHorizon confirms the appointment.
